The Villa
Vista de Golf is a modern holiday villa located next to the Golf course of Roca Llisa. Furnished with exclusive furniture, this family friendly holiday home is in prime condition.

The 5,300m2 property provides for 400m2 living space. Generously sized windows invite lots of natural light into the rooms. Ibiza City, Santa Eulalia, Santa Gertrudis and the beaches are all less than a 10-minute drive away.

The house is entered via the extensive lounge style living room that comprises two spaces. The living space has a large dining table and a sofa corner with a fireplace. There’s a LCD satellite television in the sofa corner with a top-quality home cinema system.
The very well equipped kitchen has a large fridge and direct access to the pool terrace. The house also has 3 bedroom with double bed (2m x 1.8m) 3 bathrooms en suite.

The 4th bedroom familiy studio has it own entrance with adouble bed (2m x 1.8m) with en suite toilet + 2 single beds in a separee.

Diverse chill out terraces, Balinese beds and lounge corners are ideal for relaxation, sociable get togethers or BBQs. There is a dining table for 10-14 people.

The expansive garden and terrace area is complete with exclusive pool with lighting, deckchairs, parasols, gazebos, lawn garden and a bathroom.

A large pool 12 m x 5 m surrounded with a beautiful mediterranean garden with fruit trees, lawn, bbq
and chill out areas. Gazebo Bali house & gazebo, sunbeds and parasols. A full bathroom is located next to the pool.

The pool can be headed in the low and off sesaon.

The garden and the villa are secluded and provides you a totally privacy.
